Ltd., by three first generation entrepreneurs Bhavesh Talsania, Amit Sheth & Paresh Zaveri in 1997. Building the expertise organically, the company entered a new era when it entered into a strategic partnership with aurionPro Services Pvt. Ltd. through equity cross holding agreement in 2003. This partnership reflected the new value proposition of increased domain competency and enhanced management bandwidth and accordingly, VAIDS Technologies Pvt Ltd. was renamed aurionPro Solutions Pvt Ltd.
